Wally was so full of life! He was so interested in what everyone else was doing. He loved all of you. We had so much fun talking about the old times, the skethcy flights, the short-orders, the New York Yankees and the volunteer work he did in his community. Wally loved Jesus and he wasn't afraid to tell you about that either! What a true American. I will never forget Wally's smile and kindness. I will never forget his peanut butter milkshakes. I have learned many lessons from Wally that I will always cherish.

My Uncle Wallace leaves many precious memories for his family and friends. I am a nephew who enjoyed knowing Wallace and visiting with him. It was always special to spend time with Wallace. He was a delight to be around. Wallace set a good example of respect, appreciation and interest with people. He had fun, loved God and loved people. He made family times such as reunions special by cooking and serving. Wallace had a servant's heart. Ina was a special lady too and it was evermore obvious how much he loved her. I have great appreciation for Linda for giving a few years of her life to bless her dad through his waning years. I would love to be present for visitation and the service but the miles and my spouses' poor health will not permit. God bless the Wallace Arnold family with a great reunion and a happy time of remembering the blessings of such a generous and loving heritage.

I would like to offer my condolences to the Arnold family. 97 years is quite an accomplishment according to the Bible (Psalm 90:10) and I know Wallace has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. Hopefully this scripture will give you comfort because Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18) is promising us he will do away with man's worst enemy, death. This is found for us at Rev. 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matthew 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. John 6: 40 tells us: "For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day." Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago
This is a wonderful promise made to us by our heavenly father and I pray it brings you comfort and hope. Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Again, I offer my sincere condolences to the family.
