I am so saddened to hear of Ms Omie's passing. I live in Smyrna now but my hometown is Lawrenceburg . Ms. Omie(as I called her) was such a sharp lady & oversaw my taxes each year until she retired. Not only was she intelligent, she had such a likeable personality. She made me feel like family. I not only liked this lady... I loved her. I just had a hip replacement and have just this morning read the Law Co Advocate that I get delivered here to my address in Smyrna. I've gotten behind on keeping up with all the news so I ask the family to forgive me for posting so late. Not only was this lady in my life way many years before I knew that her grandson was Drew White, a great friend of my son Eric. What a joy! I love Drew like he was my own.
Please accept my deepest condolences ..... Ms. Omie was truly a wonderful lady & will be greatly missed.
