Lynn
I saw your mom's obit in the paper a couple of weeks ago and wanted to send my sympathy to you and your family. What a delightful, elegant lady she was!
And she lived life to the fullest until age 93. That is such a blessing!
I'd love to see you and catch up with you and Tim. It's been way too long!
Just know that I'm thinking if you!
With love,
Bonnie

As we look back on our ministry of 60+ years, living in Lawrenceburg and serving as Pastor at Coleman Memorial was one of the happiest blessings of our lives. Martha Jewell was choir director at the time. I was Pastor from 1969-74). I had the privilege of marrying Lynn to Tim. Loved Cindy too. Elwood Denson was one of my Minister brothers. And we dearly loved Grace.
Our prayers are with the family during this time. To Martha Jewell "well done thou good and faithful servant."

My heartfelt condolences to your family. At this time there is a sense of helplessness when someone we love dies. Many ask how do I get through this time? Let me share some scriptural thoughts that really helps me. Prayer is extremely valuable at this time, 2 Corinthian 4:7 says that God can give us, " power beyond what is normal ". As you cry and mourn over the loss please remember Jesus Christ spoke about a real hope at John 5:28 " all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out ". Jesus was referring to the resurrection hope! This will become a reality soon. Revelations 21:4 assures us of the fact. May the God of comfort (Psalms 83:18) be your comfort during this time of sorrow.

What a true blessing it was to know Martha Jewel and what an impact she had on my life. Words just cannot express how much she meant to me and my family. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Jesus has now taken her to her forever home, and she will live on in our memories as a true servant of the Lord forever.
