We are so sorry to hear about Franklin's passing. Franklin and his brother Norm both helped us during our relocation to Lawrence County almost 17 years ago. In addition to their excellent plumbing and electrical work, they also introduced us to many good folks in Henryville and across the county. Franklin was a true gentleman and we feel very honored to know him and many of his family members. Your family will be in our thoughts.

Franklin has been a friend of the James family for many years. We supported Franklin every time he ran for political office, and we thought he did a splendid job representing the people of his district. He and Annette raised a family of wonderful children that did not stray far from home - always close to support the family. He will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of his family.
