William Kenneth Painter

William Kenneth Painter, age 89, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023, at his residence.  He was a native of Cruso, NC, retired construction worker, loved fishing, and of the Baptist Faith.  Mr. Painter served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Arizona Thomason Painter; two brothers, Eldon Painter and Luther Painter; two sisters, Annette Pollock and Loretta Greenleaf; one son, Randy Painter; two step-daughters, Wilma Hayes and April Hayes; and two grandchildren, Heather Richardson and Stephanie Richardson.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Painter of Lawrenceburg, TN; four daughters, Cindy Huebner (Steve) of OH, Tammy Richardson (Jim) of NV, Cynthia Parlogean of OH, and Valerie Painter of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sons, Timmy Painter of OH and Kenny Painter (Sue) of Loretto, TN; eleven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  Graveside services and inurnment will be held at a later date at Hollis Cemetery in Wayne County, TN.
