Willadean King

Willadean King, age 92, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired cafeteria worker from the Lawrence County School System, and a member of First Baptist Church of Lawrenceburg. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Dora Keeton Smith; her husband, Clarence Lee King; one granddaughter, Chelsea Grinnell; one son-in-law, Jack Grinnell; two sisters, Geneva Putman and Kathryn Perry; and four brothers, Edward Smith, Clifford Smith, Alfred Bud Smith, and Delma Smith.

She is survived by three daughters, Diane Springer (Olen), Debbie Grinnell, Donna Norwood (Gary), all of Lawrenceburg, TN; four granddaughters, Alana Dickey (Chris), Jennifer Springer, Abby Loyd (Charlie), and Millie Norwood; five great-grandchildren, Matthew, Erik, Lily, Annie, and Will; two brothers, Marcus Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN and Billy Joe Smith of Giles County, TN; one sister, Pearl Hendrix of Lawrenceburg, TN; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Pleasant Grove Cemetery at 3:30 PM Sunday, October 25, 2020, with Chad Moore officiating.
