Ruby Dean Matney Obituary

Ruby Dean Matney, age 81, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, May 14, 2021, at her residence. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Walmart, and a member of Meadow View Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady Roosevelt and Aubrey Idell King Sisson; and one son, Bobby Dewayne Matney.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Matney of Lawrenceburg, TN; one daughter, Selina Watson (Roger) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Terry Matney (Kim) of Lawrenceburg, TN; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 11:00 AM Monday, May 17, 2021, with Charles Gresham officiating.
