Roland Edward "Eddie" Rogers

Roland Edward "Eddie" Rogers, age 51, of Summertown, TN passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020 at his residence.  He was a native of Lumberton, NC, employed at the Maury County Property Assessor's Office, and of the Christian Faith.  Mr. Rogers served his country in the U.S. Army Reserve. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Roland Eudine Rogers.

He is survived by his wife, Carla Clark Rogers of Summertown, TN; two sons, Jordan Bo Rogers and Drew Rogers, both of Summertown, TN; his mother, Judy Elizabeth Rogers of Graham, NC; two brothers, Larry Rogers (Libby) of Greenhill, AL and Dustin Rogers (Stacy) of Lawrenceburg, TN; step-mother, Linda Rogers of Killen, AL; two step-sisters, Michelle Hyde and  Amber Jones both of Greenhill, AL; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Terry & Terri Darnell of Summertown, TN; several nieces and nephews.

Those serving as pallbearers are Keith Lawson, Miles Dooley, Levi Kelley, Kane Rogers, Mark McMasters, and Scottie Urban; and honorary pallbearers are the staff at Maury County Property Assessor's Office.

The family recommends that you wear a mask while visiting with them.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, August 15, 2020 at The Tabernacle in Summertown, TN.  Funeral services will be conducted at The Tabernacle at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 15, 2020, with Aaron Battey officiating.  Interment will follow at Chapel Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
