Robert Clayton

Robert Clayton, age 90, of Leoma, TN passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN.  He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired electrician from Murray Ohio, and a member of Leoma Church Of Christ.  Mr. Clayton served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vonnie and Mattie Busby Clayton; and two brothers, Billy Clayton and Vonnie Clayton.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Dover Clayton of Leoma, TN; two sons, Stanley Clayton (Tammy) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Jerry Clayton of Leoma, TN; one daughter, Debbie Lindsey (Randy) of Loretto, TN; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 27, 2019, with Rodney Livingston officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
