Paul Ray "Pappy" Henderson

Paul Ray "Pappy" Henderson, age 74, of Leoma, TN passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Fayetteville, TN and a self-employed truck driver. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Soley Leonard and Florence Coley Henderson; his wife, Jean Henderson; three brothers, Vernon Henderson, Dean Henderson, and Charles Henderson; two sisters, Magdaline Henderson and Stella Wright; one grandchild, Tony Johns; and one great-grandchild, Kaleb Johns.

He is survived by one son, Jeff Henderson (Sonya) of Lawrenceburg, TN; four step-children, Donnie Long (Teri), Linda Clark, Peggy Johns (Mike), and Ronnie Long (Carol) all of Ethridge, TN; two brothers, Johnny Henderson and Steve Henderson; one sister, Linda Henderson; one step-brother, JR Massey; 17 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 28, 2020, with Art McCormack officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
