Patsy Lou Russ Adams Heatherly

Patsy Lou Russ Adams Heatherly, age 79, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, January 05, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.  She was a native of Limestone County, AL, and retired from Murray Ohio.  She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Millard and Erlene Cliner Russ; her husband, Gerald Heatherly; one son, Frank Henry Adams, Jr.; one daughter, Rose Ellen Adams Chapman; one sister, Brenda Kay Tyler; and three brothers, Harold Douglas Russ, James Shufford Russ, and Johnny Dalton Russ.

She is survived by her two sons, Roger Lee Adams and Richard Lee Adams, both of Giles County, TN; three sisters, Patricia Ann Clemmons, Connie Kay Russ, and Beatrice Clemmons, all of Athens, AL; two brothers, Danny Lee Russ of Athens, AL, and Millard Russ of Norman, OK; twelve grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 11, 2024, with Adam Miller officiating.  Interment will follow at Westside Cemetery in Giles County, TN.
