Nina Sims Ayers Bailey

Nina Sims Ayers Bailey, age 72, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, September 04, 2020 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of First United Pentecostal Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Addron and Lydia Luffman Sims; two sons, William Michael Bradford and Timothy Leroy Bradford; and two brothers, Charles L. Gregory and Everett Buddy Sims.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Bailey of Lawrenceburg, TN; daughter-in-law, Shannon Bradford of Leoma, TN; step-daughter, Rachel Bailey of Nashville, TN; six grandchildren, Chris Bradford of Lawrenceburg, TN, Alicia Bradford of Columbia, TN, Bethany Bradford (Jesse) of Lawrenceburg, TN, John-Mark Dillingham (Jasmine Ray) of SC, Caleb Dillingham (Lindsey Hicks) of NC, and Nathan Dillingham of Lawrenceburg, TN; one step-grandchild, Xander Bailey of Nashville, TN; nine great-grandchildren, Logan Bradford, Kendra Bradford, Alexis Hawkins, Freya Bradley, Elijah Bradley, Jaden Moss, Payton Dillingham, John-Mark Dillingham, Jr., and Maddison Dillingham; four sisters, Myra Sue Haislip of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jewell Burgess of Leoma, TN, Betty "Kat" Hughes of Tuscumbia, AL, and  Barbara Barnett of Loretto, TN; sister-in-law, Chris Gregory of Peoria, IL; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 08, 2020 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 08, 2020, with David Martin officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
