Mitchell Perry

Mitchell Perry, age 75, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Alive Hospice Residence Nashville.  He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and of the Methodist Faith.  He enjoyed fishing, working in his garden, guns, dancing, and loved his family very much. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. and Tressie Mitchell Perry.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Julia "Judy" Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN; two daughters, Melissa Gail Perry Truitt (Glenn) of Leoma, TN and Amanda Sue Runions of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sons, Brent Perry (Monica) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Stacy Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN; one sister, Lorene Boatner of NC; two step-sons, Ritchie Powell (Sandy) and Barry Powell (Jodie), both of AL; seven grandsons; two granddaughters; seven great-granddaughters; and six great-grandsons.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Neal Funeral Home.  Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 26, 2023, with Ben Luna officiating.
