Marjorie Watson

Marjorie Watson, age 86, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, February 07, 2021, at her residence.  She was a native of Waynesboro, TN, retired secretary from Murray Ohio, and a member of OK Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Clay Carter, Sr. and Cloie Keeton Carter; her husband, James D. Watson; three sisters, Mattie Lancaster, Melba Clay, and Nell Martin; and three brothers, Clay Carter, Jr., Leonard Carter, and Harvel Carter.

She is survived by one sister, Joyce Carter Flowers of Lawrenceburg, TN; numerous nieces and nephews.  Those serving as pallbearers are Nathan Watson, Byron Clay, Caleb Clay, Wade Watson, Greg Kilburn, and Jeff Shultz.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, February 11, 2021, with Steve Clark and Danny Huckaba officiating. Interment will follow at OK Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
