Ethel Lorraine Wakefield

Ethel Lorraine Wakefield, age 97, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, January 08, 2023, at Countryside Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Dover, NJ, retired from Picatinny Arsenal, and a member of Harmony Church of the Nazarene. 

She was preceded in death by her father, her mother, Clara Hoffman; and her husband, Roland William Wakefield.

She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Hourihan-Baker (Ron) of Lawrenceburg, TN; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 14, 2023, with Clint Bassham and Joel Daniel officiating.  Interment will follow at Dunn Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.  The family suggests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
