Cathy White

Cathy White, age 72, of Leoma, TN passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021, at her residence.  She was a native of Summertown, TN, a homemaker, and a member of Fall River United Methodist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvis Richard and Josephine Hunt Whitehead; two sisters, Vernie Whitehead and Jean Spears; and one grandchild, William Eugene Cotton.

She is survived by her husband, R.L. White of Leoma, TN; one daughter, Elizabeth Mills (Steve) of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sons, William White of Summertown, TN and John White (Becky) of Leoma, TN; three brothers, Bud Whitehead of Leoma, TN, Ray Whitehead of Lawrenceburg, TN, and James Whitehead of Summertown, TN; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 27, 2021, with Nick King officiating.  Interment will follow at Fall River Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
