Bruce Everett Hayes

Bruce Everett Hayes, 73, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Saint Thomas Medical Center. He was born on May 3, 1947. He is preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Wonnie Rochester Hayes, as well as his brother, Glenn Hayes. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Kathy Hayes, daughter Lanette Hayes McNutt (Brent) of Lawrenceburg; son, Brett Hayes (Mona) of Knoxville; five grandchildren: Tori Kelso (Colt), Holly McNutt, Hayes McNutt, Sydney Hayes, and Sadie Hayes, and one great-granddaughter: Iris Kelso.  He is also survived by one sister, Laverne Hayes Oxford. 

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church on Friday, August 7th, 2020. Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00PM followed by the service at 2:00PM officiated by Brother Kevin Marston and John Horn. Safety protocols are encouraged during the service and visitation. The service will also be available to watch live on the Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church Facebook page: www.facebook.com/colemanumc.  Inurnment will follow at Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church.
