Brenda "Sue" Gobble Bowden

Brenda "Sue" Gobble Bowden, age 76, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021, at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Gobble Trucking, and a member of Calvary Hill Church of God. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Louise Gower Gobble; and her husband, Bobby Gene Bowden.

She is survived by two sons, Kurtis Alan Bowden of Columbia, TN and Kent Anthony Bowden (Karen) of Thompsons Station, TN; her father, Robert Brown Gobble, Sr. of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sisters, Carol Whitehead (Jerry) and Rita Weathers (Jonathan), both of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother, Robert "Bobby" Brown Gobble, Jr. (Gayla) of Lawrenceburg, TN; five grandchildren, Kal Bowden, Kade Bowden, Konner Bowden, Karoline Bowden, and Jacob Hunnicutt.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 29, 2021, with Charles Fritts officiating.
