Betty Sue Austin

Betty Sue Austin, age 81, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, March 04, 2024, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker, and a member of Brace Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Otha and Lois Brown Hannah; one son, Jackie Belew; three brothers; and five sisters.

She is survived by two sons, Jimmy Belew (Amy), and Jackey Vizzier (Benton); two sisters, Peggy Decker and Carol Brown; two grandsons, Brandon Adam Belew and Eric Belew; three great-grandchildren, Bailey Belew, Colten Belew, and Mavrick Belew; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, March 06, 2024, and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, March 07, 2024, with  Jim Ledbetter officiating.  Interment will follow at Brace Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.  The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
