Arbidene Pennington Foster

Arbidene Pennington Foster, age 94, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, February 26, 2021, at Keestone Senior Community in Lawrenceburg, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Salant & Salant, and a member of Summertown Church of Christ. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Gilbert and Lillian Florine Long Pennington; her husband, Harold Foster; and one sister, Marie Marshall.

She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Benefield (Tommy) of Ethridge, TN; one son, Randy Foster (Barbara) of Ardmore, TN; one sister, Dorothy Orton (Dr. Joel) of Pulaski, TN; one brother, Leonard Pennington of Henryville, TN; four grandchildren, Dr. Scott Benefield (Samantha) of Leoma, TN, Tracie Davenport (Devin) of Henryville, TN, Jason Foster (Jessica) of Madison, AL, and Kaylie Bullington (Sam) of Rover, TN; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Keestone Senior Community and Unity Hospice.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM Sunday, February 28, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:30 PM Sunday, February 28, 2021, with Brock Neubauer officiating.  Interment will follow at Henryville Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
