Sarah Hunter Evetts

Sarah Hunter Evetts, age 93, of Ethridge, TN passed away Tuesday, June 04, 2019, at Countryside Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Williamson County, TN, retired owner of Granny's Network, and of the Baptist Faith. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Dale and Erma Agnes Jenkins Hunter; her husband, Dean Evetts; two sons, Ronnie Evetts and Tony Evetts; and one grandchild, Hope Tidwell.

She is survived by four daughters, Linda Tidwell (Jim) of Leoma, TN, Glyndora Graves (Mike) of Summertown, TN, Beverly Evetts of Ethridge, TN, and Samantha Long (Blue) of Ethridge, TN; one son, Richard Evetts of Brentwood, TN; two brothers, Price Hunter (Joann) of Lawrenceburg, TN
and Floyd Hunter of Franklin, TN; three step-sons, Sondal Evetts of Gadsden, AL, Stan Evetts of Mt. Juliet, TN, and Chris Evetts of Nashville, TN; one step-daughter, Teresa Evetts Horton of Nashville, TN; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, June 05, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 06, 2019, with Bobby Gobble officiating.  Interment will follow at Chapel Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to The Shelter, Inc, P.O. Box 769, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464.
