She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Amanda Mitchell; and her husband, Novodny Young, Sr.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 07, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 07, 2018.  Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
