Paisley Ann Elizabeth Kowalski, age 1, of Ethridge, TN passed away Monday, September 25, 2017 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN.  She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN.

She was preceded in death by her great-great grandparents, James & Virginia McTaggart; her great-grandfather, Sam Warden; her grandmother, Pam Warden; and two cousins, Paige Warden and Austin Warden.

Several Cousins and Other Family Members

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 4:00 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 with Jerry Taylor officiating.  Family suggests memorials be made to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
