Nancy Charlene Cheatwood Doss

Nancy Charlene Cheatwood Doss, age 66, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, June 08, 2019 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired daycare provider and store clerk, and of the Christian Faith. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Lucille Thompson Cheatwood; and her daughter, Chylene Long.

She is survived by her husband, Jesse Doss; one daughter, Shannon Suratt (Johnny); one son, Shane Long (Jodi); five grandchildren, Trent Suratt (Sommer), Hunter Suratt (Tessa), Kade Suratt, Jacob Smith, and Luci Long; two great-grandchildren, Addison Suratt and Lincoln Suratt; and one sister, Jane Honn, all of Lawrenceburg, TN.  Those serving as pallbearers will be Trent Suratt, Hunter Suratt, Kade Suratt, Jake Smith, Jarrod Bosheers, and Jason Honn.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 10, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 11, 2019, with Mahlon Fisher officiating.  Interment will follow at Mars Hill Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to cancer research.
