Michael Brent Crosby, Sr.

Michael Brent Crosby, Sr., age 57, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired HVAC Tech for Quik Mart, and of the Baptist Faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Crosby; his mother, Helen Jean Lemay Cozart Crosby; one sister, Debbie Hughes; one brother, Dennis Crosby; and step-father, Tom Cozart.

He is survived by his wife, Penny Crosby of Lawrenceburg, TN; five children, Michael Crosby, Jr. (Ashlee) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Vanessa Crosby of Rantoul, IL, Dennis Thornton (Cassie) of Loretto, TN, Sharisse James of Rogersville, AL, and Michael McArdle of Ida, MI; four brothers, Gary Crosby of Loretto, TN, Larry Crosby (Ann) of Nashville, TN, William Darrell Crosby (Lynn) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Roy Crosby (Martha) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one sister, Anita Crosby of Lawrenceburg, TN; step-brother, Andrew Cozart of Lawrenceburg, TN; step-sister, Cindy McDougall of Lawrenceburg, TN; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, August 23, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 24, 2019, with Gary Crosby officiating.  Interment will follow at Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
