Mary "Sue" Zeis

Mary "Sue" Zeis, age 74, of Rogersville, AL passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at her residence.  She was a native of Blytheville, AR, retired from H & R Block, Director and Counselor at The Shelter for Battered Women; and a Foster Mother for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jefferson H. and Ellen T. Arnold Brees; her husband, John C. Zeis, Jr.; and one son, John "Chip" Zeis, III.

She is survived by

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Friday, May 25, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Friday, May 25, 2018, with Tim Akers officiating.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
