Jeffrey Albert "Jeff" Blade, age 51, of Columbia, TN passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, employed with General Motors, and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Athel and Reba Baker; and paternal grandparents, Vira and Vester Blade.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 18, 2018, with Keith Durham and Ronnie Runnels officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
