Hazel V. Mashburn, age 94, of Leoma, TN passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg.  She was a native of Tuckerman, AR, a homemaker, and a member of Leoma Church Of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mat and Pairlee Stone Wadley; her husband, Jesse "Buck" Mashburn; one grandchild, Andy Mashburn; two brothers, Ray Wadley and Lowell Wadley; and one sister, Edna Anderson.

She is survived by

Mike Mashburn (Cathy), Leoma, TN

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, December 29, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Saturday, December 30, 2017, with Rodney Livingston officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to The Memorial Scholarship Foundation, P.O. Box 80, Leoma, TN  38468.
