Gregory Alan "Greg" Griffin

Gregory Alan "Greg" Griffin, age 56, of Summertown, TN passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.  He was a native of Wayne County, TN, a dispatcher for the Tennessee Highway Patrol, and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Waynesboro, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Emma Jo Devers Griffin.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Griffin of Summertown, TN; two sisters, Carolyn Stooksberry of Lawrenceburg, TN and Donna Risner (David) of Waynesboro, TN; one brother, Danny Griffin (Conda) of Waynesboro, TN; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and two great-great-nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, June 14, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 15, 2019 with Danny Huckaba officiating.  Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery in Wayne County, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to the Tennessee Highway Patrol Retired Officers Association.
