Frank Martin Cholacek

Frank Martin Cholacek, age 93, of Leoma, TN passed away Friday, February 01, 2019 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg.  He was a native of Newark, NJ, and served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during WWII.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Agnes Hupko Cholacek; his wife, Irene Frances Walkonis Cholacek; one son, John Martin Cholacek; and one sister, Catherine Chepolis.

He is survived by

Nineteen Great-Grandchildren

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  A memorial service will be conducted at Fall River Community Club at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 09, 2019, with Preston Lindsey officiating.
