Edward "Ed" Nash

Edward "Ed" Nash, age 90, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, September 08, 2019 at his residence. He was a native of Five Points, TN, a retired aircraft mechanic, and served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, O.G. "Steve" and Irene Haney Nash; his wife, Jean Parrott Nash; and three brothers, Willard Nash, Bobby Nash, and Billy Nash.

He is survived by one daughter, Melanie Doss (Tom) of Lawrenceburg, TN; three grandchildren, Jennifer Busby (Rodney) of Summertown, TN, Nathan Self (Ashley) of Henryville, TN, and Nina Jackson of Henryville, TN; six great-grandchildren, Dawson Busby, Gavin Busby, Aliyah Jackson, Brooklyn Jackson, Sophie Self, and Noah Self; three brothers, Julian Nash, James Nash, and Richard Nash; and two sisters, Elaine Gant and Delores Grinnell.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, September 09, 2019 at House of Prayer.  Funeral services will be conducted at House of Prayer at 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 10, 2019, with Ronnie Runnels officiating.  Interment will follow at Henryville Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors.
