Doris Ann Ridgway

Doris Ann Ridgway, age 87, of Appleton, TN passed away Monday, July 08, 2019 at her residence.  She was a native of Appleton, TN, retired seamstress, and a member of Appleton Church of Christ. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, H. H. and Opal Green Warren; her husband, J. B. Ridgway; one daughter, Janice Ridgway; one brother, and five sisters.

She is survived by son, Gary Ridgway (Frances) of Madison, TN; two daughters, Angela Cox (Donald) of Five Points, TN and Cindy Gibbs (Rex) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one sister, Delilah Downey of Lawrenceburg, TN; 
four grandchildren, Brian Ridgway of Ashland City, TN, Jennifer Cross (Kevin) of Ardmore, AL, Kristin Henson (Reggie) of Five Points, TN and Will Cox (Catherine) of Loretto, TN; four great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Bivens of Five Points, TN, Abbie Lindsey and Brodie Lindsey both of Ardmore, AL, and Hunter Henson of Five Points, TN.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 11, 2019, with Richard Durham officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
