So saddened to hear of Deweys Passing. Sorry that I can't be there for the service. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I considered Dewey as a mentor to pattern myself after as an NCO, more importantly I consider him my friend. I will miss him greatly.

Man oh man, I was so sorry to learn of Dewey's passing. He was one of the best soldiers I've ever known, and highly respected by all of us. My heart is with all of the family tonight, but Dewey's up in Heaven right now with Don Daniels and lots and LOTS of other buddies.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of Dewey's family members. I was privileged to know Dewey the greater part of my life. The James family holds all of the Konig family with great respect. Dewey was always in a good mood and willing to go the extra mile for a friend. Thank you for your service, Dewey. You were a real American patriot who was willing to sacrifice both life and fortune when called upon to bear arms for America. :) Sid
