Billy Joe Russ

Billy Joe Russ, age 68, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, June 24, 2019 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg.  He was a native of Wayne County, TN, retired from Heritage Automotive, and of the Baptist Faith. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Ruby Belew Russ; his wife, Judy Quillen Russ; two brothers, James Neal Russ and L. M. Russ; and two sisters, Roxie Russ and Reba McLain.

He is survived by his son, David Russ; two granddaughters, Annaston Russ and Rease Russ; two sisters, Martha Weems and Nettie Mae Brown, all of Lawrenceburg, TN; and one brother, Jerry Russ of Florence, AL.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home.  Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Kidd Cemetery at 3:30 PM Wednesday, June 26, 2019 with Jerry McLain officiating.
