Harvey F. Luker

Harvey F. Luker, age 82, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, April 02, 2024, at his residence.  He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Mr. Luker served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell "Tex" and Lena Alberta Harris Luker; two sisters, Gloria Rayfield and Shirley Van-ZyVerden; and one great-grandchild, Emma Hope Bennett.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Linda Kay Lynn Luker of Lawrenceburg, TN; two daughters, Judy Hogan of Lawrenceburg, TN and Regina Ray (Bryce) of Summertown, TN; one son, Mitch Luker (Gina) of Russellville, AL; one brother, Tommy Luker (Sandy) of Lawrenceburg, TN; nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Saturday, April 06, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Saturday, April 06, 2024, with Bishop Trent Allen officiating.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors.  The family suggests memorials be made to the Local Disabled American Veteran (DAV) Chapter 20.
