Raymond Dwight Wells, age 85, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, November 05, 2017 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waynesboro, TN.  He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired sewing machine mechanic from Salant & Salant, a member of DAV and Calvary Hill Church of God.  Mr. Wells served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Roy and Annie Elvina Keener Wells; one grandson, Jonathon Lee Luther; and one sister, Prebble Guthrie.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 08, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 08, 2017, with Oneal Wallace and Charles Fritts officiating.  Interment will follow at Lindsey Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors.
