Morris "Norris" James Dickey, age 76, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Sharp Transport where he was a truck driver for over 20 years, and was known by the name Lugnut.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Allen and Florence May Travis Dickey; his wife, Dorothy "Dot" Hickman Dickey; and one daughter, Margaret Lee Dickey Kelley.

He is survived by

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 24, 2017.  Interment will follow at Mt. Horeb Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
