Karry Odell Goodwin, age 67, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, December 06, 2017 at his residence.  He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Dura Automotive Systems, and attended First Baptist Church of Ethridge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Odell Gillespie Goodwin.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, December 08, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 09, 2017, with Mike Wimberly officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to the Tennessee Kidney Foundation, 37 Peabody Street, Suite 206, Nashville, TN  37210.
