Jewell Garner, age 86, of Leoma, TN passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, former employee of Salant & Salant, a homemaker, and a member of Fall River Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Leroy and Allie Mae Crum Johnson; her son-in-law, Ronnie McDougal; and two brothers, Billy Gene Johnson and Walter Johnson.

Several Nieces and Nephews

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Fall River Church of Christ at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 23, 2017, with Brian Parker officiating.  Mrs. Garner will lie in state at the church from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.  Interment will follow at Fall River Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to Fall River Cemetery Fund or Fall River Church of Christ.
