Charles "Charlie" Nash, age 86, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, June 06, 2017 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired meter reader from the Lawrenceburg Power System, a member and former Deacon of Immanuel Baptist Church.  Mr. Nash served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Harper and Berdie Esula Griggs Nash; three brothers, Warner D. Nash, Finis "Bus" Nash, and Marion Nash; and one sister, Syble Kidd.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, June 08, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Friday, June 09, 2017, with Reggie Coleman officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors.  Family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and Tennessee Kidney Foundation.
