Carl Ellis Shedd, age 92, of Leoma, TN passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waynesboro, TN.  He was a native of Phil Campbell, AL, and a retired construction supervisor.  Mr. Shedd served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Ovelia Trapp Shedd; one son, Carl Edward Shedd; and one great-great-granddaughter, Nora Shedd.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, November 17, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 18, 2017, with Leslie Shadrick officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with military honors.
