Bonnie Nell Oaks, age 85, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, October 03, 2017 at Life Care Center of Columbia.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired owner of Oaks TV & Ceramic Shop, and attended Park Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sampson Dewey and Lora Alice Phillips Barton; her husband, Claude Keller Oaks; one great-great-grandchild, Zaylee Grace Kirby; two sisters, Arlene Stockard and Margie Dean Barton; and five brothers, Roy Barton, Joe Barton, Arthur Hoover Barton, Grady Barton, and Charlie Barton.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Thursday, October 05, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 12:00 PM Thursday, October 05, 2017.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
