Betty Jean Hendrix, age 83, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker, of the Church of God Faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Myrtle Brazier Hollis; her husband, Orpah Hendrix; one daughter, Polly Hendrix McKey; and one brother, James Hollis.

She is survived by

Ten Great-Grandchildren

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 18, 2018, with Danny Clark officiating.  Interment will follow at Unity Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN  38105-9959.
