Annie Jo Page, age 86, of Shelbyville, TN passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Glen Oaks Health & Rehabilitation in Shelbyville, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired factory worker, and a member of First United Pentecostal Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Eurina Collins Lemay; and her husband, David Ray Page.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  Graveside services and interment will be conducted at John Lay Cemetery at 3:30 PM Saturday, May 20, 2017, with Thomas Mattox officiating.
